New Library System Guide

This guide provides information regarding the library's software migration.

The New Search Everything: Primo VE

What you know as "Search Everything" is called a discovery interface – a type of search tool that can search our local catalog, databases, and OhioLINK all at once. The Thorne Library has used EBSCO Discovery Service (EDS) as our discovery interface for over a decade. As a part of the system migration, EDS will be replaced by a new discovery interface called Primo VE. In addition to functioning as the discovery layer, Primo VE will also be the interface for our local library catalog and OhioLINK. Thus, the new system will afford more seamless searching across our local collection, the shared OhioLINK collection, and electronic resources.

In the search box below, you can explore the new Search Everything.
